Job Description:
The Executive Assistant (EA) reports directly to the Chief Executive and works in close collaboration with the broader Office of the Chief Executive team to provide effective, responsive and confidential administrative and representational services to the Chief Executive. The EA represents the Chief Executive, the Office and the agency, engaging constantly with both internal and external stakeholders in relation to the business of the Office and the agency more broadly. Diplomacy, patience, and resilience are critical to success in this position, as is an ability to influence others in a sensitive and constructive manner. This role also requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgement. The successful candidate will be natural collaborator who can work with others in pursuit of shared objectives.

Special Conditions:
A current National Police Certificate is essential.
A flexible approach to duty hours and the taking of leave is essential.
Some intra/interstate travel involving overnight absences may be required.
