Job reference: 421847 Location: 5000 - ADELAIDE Job status: Short Term Contract Eligibility: Open to Everyone Job Description: The Project Officer, is responsible for contributing to the delivery of a program of asset and infrastructure projects across the National Parks and Wildlife Service. The Project Officer is responsible to the Team Leader, Project Services to deliver a range of project-related tasks including planning, assessment, procurement, contract management, budget management and stakeholder engagement to ensure that projects are coordinated and efficiently delivered throughout the regions. The Project Officer also assists as needed with other activities including funding bid preparation and assisting with the implementation of project management practice improvements across the National Parks and Wildlife Service. This is a pool recruitment process. Merit-selected candidates will be added to a pool which will be used to fill available positions as they arise. The location of these positions will vary, as will the term of positions, based on the specific nature of the role and the projects to be delivered.
Contract Type: Submitted applications will be reviewed and assessed as recieved. Successful applicants will be appointed on a term contract, length being subject to the business needs.
