Job Description:
The Ranger supports the maintenance and presentation of park facilities and assets, protection of cultural and historical sites, undertakes conservation works and participates in fire and emergency response, and works with key partners, including park neighbours, conservation partners, volunteers and Aboriginal communities.

Position is full time, ongoing contract, based at Vulkathunha-Gammon Ranges National Park.

Must identify as an Adnyamathanha person.

Will be required to participate in emergency operations including bushfire operations. This may require at times, some out of hours work including the participation in an 'oncall' roster.

Will be required to undertake a medical and fitness assessment for a Fire Fighting Role Classification as defined in the DEW Fire Management Policy and Procedures.

Working With Children Check is essential.
