YNLHN offers an all-risk Midwifery Group Practice, enabling midwives to work autonomously within a continuity of care caseload model. Our MGP model is recognised for its high levels of professional satisfaction and strong clinical support, allowing you to work to the full scope of your midwifery practice while delivering truly woman-centred care. About the Role As an MGP Midwife, you will provide continuity of care across the entire maternity journey, including:

This role supports autonomous practice while working within a collaborative, progressive, and supportive multidisciplinary environment. Our MGP Services Across five MGP sites, YNLHN supports approximately 600 women and families each year:
