We provide a comprehensive range of services, including emergency care, medical and surgical services, maternity, rehabilitation, mental health, and outpatient clinics. Our Cancer Resource Centre is among the largest in regional SA, featuring six chemotherapy chairs, outpatient care, and counselling services - helping patients receive vital treatment close to home. About the Role: As a Registered Nurse in the General Medical/Surgical Ward at Whyalla Hospital, you will provide high-quality nursing care while developing from a novice to a proficient practitioner. This role offers the opportunity to consolidate your clinical knowledge and skills through hands-on experience and continuous professional development. You will be accountable for your own nursing practice and for activities delegated to you, contributing to safe, patient-centred care and supporting the overall effectiveness of the ward team.
