About the role This is a talent pool opportunity open for 12 months. Successful applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made as vacancies arise during this period. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, patients and health professionals, providing a professional and welcoming service. Your role will involve delivering a friendly, efficient and effective telephone result enquiry service, as well as managing incoming calls to ensure enquiries are handled promptly and accurately. You will also play an important part in supporting operational needs by receiving and routing requests for courier pickups and deliveries. In this position, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the service by assisting with general enquiries, ensuring all interactions are delivered with warmth, respect and professionalism. Your commitment to excellent customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller, while supporting the broader team to achieve efficient and high-quality outcomes.
