WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? Join our General Services team working across Gawler Health Service, Angaston District Hospital and Tanunda War Memorial Hospital where you will be responsible for providing a timely, efficient, and effective service, that involves the catering, laundry and cleaning of the health unit on a casual basis. Duties may include the preparation, service, and delivery of food to clients, and general housekeeping. WHO ARE WE? The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas (this position is in Gawler, Angaston and Tanunda).
