Deliver Efficient, Professional Support as an Administration Officer at Clare Hospital

We have a great opportunity for efficient and professional Administration Officers to provide professional reception and administrative services on a casual basis, for Clare Hospital.

About the Role

The Administration Officers' duties involve the administration of an efficient patient management system by ensuring compliance with relevant Medical Records standards; accurate data entry and undertaking a range of administrative office tasks including responding to appropriately in a timely and effective manner to customer enquiries and developing and fostering a work culture promoting customer service excellence and backfilling where required including reception, theatre and aged care.
