About the Role: You will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering safe, person-centred care that meets regulatory and professional standards. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to patient assessment, care delivery and routine clinical procedures while developing your skills from novice to proficient practice. In this role, you will assist with quality improvement activities, provide education and support to patients and carers, and contribute to a positive learning environment for students and colleagues.
