About the role As the Medical Scientist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic services through the application of advanced scientific knowledge and growing professional expertise. You will perform a range of standard professional tasks with a high level of competence, drawing on your specialised understanding of the discipline to support accurate testing, analysis and reporting. Your work will involve applying specialist scientific judgement to both established and emerging methodologies, ensuring that diagnostic procedures are performed to the highest standard. In this dynamic and increasingly complex environment, you will provide professional services to a diverse client base, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement within the laboratory. You will also support quality management processes, including the validation of Quality Control activities at a supervisory level under direction from management.
