As a Registered Nurse/Midwife in the casual pool, you will provide safe, effective, and evidence-based care across a variety of health service settings in Tumby Bay. You will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, including Enrolled Nurses, Allied Health staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. You will also maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in supporting less experienced staff and students where required. The role requires accountability for your own standards of care and for activities delegated to you, ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory, and statutory requirements. Continuous professional development and reflective practice are encouraged to support your growth from novice to proficient practitioner. What We're Looking For:
