WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? Join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Regional Community Nursing Casual Pool and make a meaningful difference to clients across a range of community health programs. You'll provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in areas such as post-acute care, palliative and end-of-life support, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Community Home Link, Rapid Intensive Brokerage Service, and the Transition Care Program. This role is essential to supporting a 7-day, out-of-hours service, ensuring timely care for clients and helping maintain continuity across our programs. The Casual Pool has opportunities across Tanunda, Adelaide Hills and Southern Fleurieu/Kangaroo Island, giving you the flexibility to work in communities you enjoy while supporting clients while supporting clients to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.
