As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality care across a variety of healthcare settings. You'll play an important role in supporting patients throughout their care journey by implementing nursing care plans, assisting with both general and specialised nursing procedures, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to develop your clinical skills while planning and prioritising your own workload, exercising sound judgement within your scope of practice, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You'll also be encouraged to continue building your professional expertise through ongoing education and post-enrolment learning, ensuring you remain current and confident in your practice.
