About the Role:

You will provide person-centred nursing care and coordinate services to support individual patient and client needs within the community. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other agencies to deliver safe, effective and responsive care while developing your clinical skills and professional practice. You will also contribute to health education, quality improvement activities, and the support and guidance of students and less experienced staff.

About You: 

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
• Demonstrated competence in community nursing practice and commitment to person and family-centred care.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workload effectively.
