About the Role: The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing SAAS’s medium-risk procurements and contributing specific deliverables to higher-risk procurements, ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws, policies and directives. Whilst also maintaining systems and processes for the tracking and the reporting of financial expenditure of procurement and contract activities against allocated budgets.
About the Team: The Strategy, Business and Asset Services division provides a range of support services within SAAS. As a public authority, SAAS must purchase goods and services using the most efficient and effective methods available and in compliance with SA Health, Industry Participation Policy and Procurement SA (DTF) policies and directions. About SAAS SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) is South Australia’s provider of emergency ambulance transport, clinical care, and patient transport services.
