About the role Step into a rewarding role where you will lead the organisation, management and day-to-day operation of NALHN Cancer Services, delivering a comprehensive, high-level pharmacy service, working across Lyell McEwin Hospital and Modbury Hospital. You will apply your clinical expertise and independent judgement to provide medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients, while supporting medical, nursing and allied health teams. With a strong focus on quality use of medicines, you will implement strategies that optimise patient outcomes, ensuring care is safe, effective and aligned with professional standards and hospital policies. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will build strong relationships across the pharmacy team, including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, interns and students, while also engaging closely with multidisciplinary teams and community providers. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy and working alongside supervising pharmacists, you will contribute to a culture of excellence, guide day-to-day team activities where required, and play a key role in delivering patient-centred care that makes a real difference. About You You are a skilled and motivated pharmacy professional who brings strong clinical knowledge, leadership capability and a commitment to safe, high-quality patient care within a complex healthcare environment.
