Overview:

• The Application Support Officer is accountable to the Application Lead (End User Support) for configuration, maintenance and ongoing operational support of CIS applications.  The incumbent is required to work independently and collaboratively with the CIS Operations Team to provide support to the end users of CIS applications.
• Working within a customer support model application support officers provide LHN staff support and resolution of system issues
• Support and maintenance of non-production environments including CIS training environments

Criminal History Screening Requirement

• A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

Special Conditions

• Will be required to work outside of normal business hours or as part of a 24/7 roster during specific periods.
• Required to participate in an on-call roster.
• The incumbent may be required to travel or work across and/or be located at any of the Department of Health units/divisions as required.
• Some intrastate travel may be required.
