About the role Join SA Pathology as a Haemostasis Principal Scientist and provide expert scientific leadership across statewide laboratory services. You will guide the delivery of high quality diagnostic services, ensuring strong governance, consistency and innovation in haemostasis practice. Working collaboratively with clinical and scientific leaders, you will lead evaluation and introduction of new technologies, develop policies and procedures, and monitor laboratory performance standards. You will also provide expert technical advice to laboratories and stakeholders while supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement across services. About You You’re an experienced scientific leader with deep expertise in haemostasis and a passion for driving quality and innovation. You bring strong analytical skills, leadership capability and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex healthcare environment. • Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent About us Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
