About the Role

Join a dedicated NDIS team where you'll lead complex care, shape pathways and drive better outcomes across hospital and community settings. You'll build strong partnerships, guide staff and deliver expert OT support that reduces delays and improves patient journeys.

• Lead specialist OT assessment and complex care plans
• Deliver AT prescription and NDIS recommendations
• Coordinate time-limited case management across settings
• Build partnerships with NDIA, NGOs and care teams
• Mentor staff, support learning and guide best practice

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you bring strong clinical expertise, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across complex settings.

• Degree enabling registration with the OTBA
• Strong communication with patients, carers and teams
• Advanced clinical reasoning in complex acute care
• Current NDIS knowledge and multidisciplinary experience
• Highly organised, adaptable and solutions focused
