Overview Are you an Accredited Exercise Physiologist looking to make a meaningful impact in regional health? Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking a motivated and skilled Exercise Physiologist to join Country Health Connect, delivering high-quality, person-centred services across the region. This is an opportunity to apply your clinical expertise within a supportive multidisciplinary team while enjoying the diversity and autonomy of rural practice. About the Role The Exercise Physiologist (AHP2) applies clinical experience, specialist knowledge and professional competence to plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive exercise physiology services tailored to the needs of the local community. Working under reduced clinical direction, you will manage a diverse caseload across community, outreach, home-based and tele-rehabilitation settings. You will contribute to prevention, early intervention, treatment and health promotion initiatives, supporting clients across the lifespan and across a range of clinical areas. You may also contribute to supervision of junior staff, allied health assistants and students, while supporting service development and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
