About The Opportunity The Claims Management Officer works in the Claims Management team and is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and accurate and timely administrative services to members and stakeholders. The Claims Management team is responsible for managing claims for Income Protection, Total and Permanent Disablement, Terminal Illness and assessing the release of insurance benefits in the event of a member passing away, this includes handling member’s enquiries via phone and email, supporting them in their most vulnerable moment in life.
