A Day in the Life As a Court Officer, your day typically begins with greeting colleagues before the courthouse opens to the public. You'll assist customers both at the counter and over the phone, supporting them with document lodgements and processing online submissions. Much of your work involves computer-based tasks - managing court cases in our systems, handling email correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. You may help parties with signing legal paperwork and assist the court by ensuring everything runs smoothly. Once the courthouse is closed for the day, you'll complete any final administrative tasks before heading home. Key Responsibilities
