MAKE A MEANINGFUL IMPACT ON WELLBEING ACROSS OUR BHF LOCAL HEALTH NETWORK We are seeking a Senior Work Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner to provide expert leadership and strategic direction across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. In this key role, you will act as a subject matter expert, delivering consultancy and advisory services to support the implementation of effective WHS and wellbeing systems in line with legislation, standards, and organisational requirements. Working closely with executives, managers, and staff representatives, you will lead initiatives that strengthen a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will take a lead role in risk management, incident investigation, hazard control, and injury prevention strategies, while driving a proactive, zero-harm approach across the organisation.
