About The Opportunity

You will play an important role in ensuring Super SA members receive accurate, timely and high-quality services. In this role, you will:

  • Accurately assess member requests, ensuring compliance with regulations and scheme requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member accounts across multiple schemes and products
  • Actively assisting agency staff and members by professional resolving account enquiries and issues through prompt written and phone communication.
  • Load and validate data in registry platforms, identifying and correcting errors
  • Provide high quality solutions that strengthen member experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Super SA to achieve positive operational outcomes

Remuneration: ASO3 ($67,589 - $72,033 p.a) + 12% Super

  • The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, staying organised and focused to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
