About the Role Join the Mental Health Emergency Department at TQEH and provide compassionate, responsive care in a fast-paced setting. As a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse, you support assessment, care and recovery, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high quality mental health care. This is more than a role. It’s an opportunity to care, to learn, and to build a career that matters. About You You are a compassionate mental health nurse who delivers safe, recovery focused care and works well within a fast paced emergency environment. You communicate effectively, collaborate with others and support positive outcomes for consumers and carers. • Registered Nurse with NMBA and mental health qualification • Deliver assessment, care planning and therapeutic support (RN1) • Support complex care and guide less experienced staff (RN2) • Strong communication, teamwork and clinical judgement skills
