- Salary: AHP4 $118,887 to $129,427 p.a. (pro rata) + Super + Salary Packaging
- Salary: RN3 $130,190 to $136,010 p.a. (pro rata) + Super + Salary Packaging
- Full time temporary role to January 2027

About the Role
Step into a pivotal leadership role where you shape access, equity and care in the community. Lead a skilled multidisciplinary team, drive innovative brokerage solutions, and build strong partnerships to deliver seamless, person-centred outcomes across services.
Key Duties
- Lead clinical direction and inspire team performance
- Manage staff, flow and day-to-day service delivery
- Build strong links with health, NGO and community partners
- Drive programs that lift client outcomes and access
- Provide expert guidance for complex care needs
- Ensure safe, consistent practice aligned to policy
- Coach, support and grow emerging staff
- Monitor quality, risk and continuous improvement
About You
you’re a confident clinical leader from a nursing or allied health background, who brings people together, thrives on complexity and delivers safe, high-quality care. You balance autonomy with teamwork and know how to turn strategy into meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.
- Degree in Allied Health or RN with AHPRA registration
- Eligible for relevant board registration or prof membership
- Proven leadership in clinical or service settings
- Lead teams, set priorities and manage service delivery
- Build partnerships across health and community sectors
- Apply strong clinical judgement in complex care
- Drive quality, safety and continuous improvement
- Communicate clearly and influence across disciplines
