You will accept accountability for your own practice standards and for the activities you delegate to others, ensuring care is delivered safely, ethically, and in alignment with recovery-oriented principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C)

Deliver specialised, evidence-based mental health care for older people across a range of settings. You will use your clinical experience to plan, implement, and evaluate care, while supporting less experienced staff and maintaining accountability for your practice. Primarily a clinical role, it also includes portfolio responsibilities aligned with your professional development, contributing to high-quality service delivery and improved outcomes for older consumers.

The role includes involvement in staffing, rostering, recruitment, and performance processes, as well as supporting resource and financial management. This position combines clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to develop management skills and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
