We’re seeking motivated and capable HDU/Anaesthesia Service registrars to join our Anaesthesia and HDU teams. This is an exciting opportunity to build advanced clinical skills while working within a supportive, consultant-led environment. About the Role As an HDU/Anaesthesia Service Registrar, you will play a pivotal role delivering safe, high-quality care across inpatient, perioperative and emergency settings. Key Responsibilities
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine: Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia and a Medical Practitioner with General Registration. Please note: as per the SA Health Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement 2025, the total term of employment with SA Health will be 3 years. Rotations following the initial 12 month allocation as Medical Practitioner will be determined in line with your training and SA Health’s requirements. This may include transfer to other SA Health locations to perform work appropriate to classification, skills and capabilities. The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate.
