About the Role As a Community Activity Coordinator, you will deliver engaging, centre-based lifestyle programs for participants under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and related services. This role is hands on and people focused, involving the planning and delivery of meaningful activities, supporting individual goals and coordinating day-to-day program operations within a welcoming community environment. You'll work closely with participants, families and staff to create inclusive, culturally appropriate programs that promote independence, social connection and wellbeing. In this role you will:
