Overview:
- Responsible for supporting health system redesign by coordinating the design and development of a state-wide Laryngectomy Consumable Scheme that enables eligible patients to access consumable devices required following a laryngectomy.
- Lead the development of guidelines, processes, funding criteria and procurement processes for the Scheme.
- Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the public and private sector (including clinical leads) during the establishment of the program, ensuring seamless integration with public services, private services, clinicians and consumers.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to support decision making and recommendations.
- Prepare Project Plans, Reports, Agenda papers, Ministerial/Parliamentary/Government business briefing papers and other related information as required by SA Health.
- Contribute to a range of planning and commissioning projects and initiatives across the Planning and Commissioning branch
