The Opportunity TAFE SA is seeking a high-impact Employee Relations Business Partner to strengthen organisational capability and support a fair, high-performing, and psychologically safe workplace. This is a hands-on, advisory role operating at the intersection of people risk, leadership capability, and contemporary employee relations practice. Reporting to the Manager, HR Business Partnering, the role partners closely with leaders across the organisation to navigate complex conduct, performance, and non-work-related health matters, while driving early intervention and sustainable outcomes. What We’re Looking For This is a newly created role, and the incumbent will have exposure to a diverse and complex ER portfolio within a large, unionised, and highly regulated public sector environment. We are seeking an experienced practitioner who can apply sound judgement, operates with integrity, and is confident influencing leaders through ambiguity and managing competing priorities. You will be a motivated practitioner passionate about enabling leaders to make informed workforce decisions, strengthening compliance, and uplifting people management capability across TAFE SA.
