About the Role
Join our team as a Music Therapist and deliver creative, recovery focused care within a mental health setting. Shape therapy programs, build community links and support consumers to improve wellbeing and daily function.
• Deliver music therapy for individuals and groups
• Assess needs and plan targeted interventions
• Support care plans and clinical review processes
• Create a safe and engaging creative space
• Guide students and support team education
About You
You're a qualified Music Therapist with a passion for recovery focused mental health care. You bring strong clinical skills, creativity and the ability to support consumers through meaningful therapeutic engagement.
• Degree in Music Therapy and AMTA registration eligible
• Experience in mental health and recovery based programs
• Deliver group and individual therapeutic interventions
• Work well in teams and support consumer centred care
• Communicate clearly and apply sound clinical judgement
