About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you'll play a vital role in supporting residents within our Residential Care Home, providing compassionate, hands-on care that truly matters.

Working closely under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and as a valued member of our collaborative multi-disciplinary team, you'll contribute to a warm, respectful, and supportive environment where residents feel safe, heard, and cared for.

 

About You:

  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and timeframes.
  • Ability to perform work of a general nature under supervision.
  • Experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel

Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances)
