About the Role:

You will provide expert leadership and coordination of patient care, ensuring continuity, quality outcomes and a person-centred approach across the cancer care journey. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will use your clinical expertise to support care planning, service improvement, quality initiatives and the delivery of evidence-based care. You will play a key role in leading and supporting staff, coordinating resources, driving quality and risk management activities, and fostering a positive team culture. This position also contributes to education, research, service development and change management initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and support excellence in cancer care.

941039 RN/M3 Role Description

About You: 

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practising certificate.
• Registered Nurse and/or Midwife with at least 3 years post-registration experience and demonstrated competence in the relevant area of practice.
• Strong leadership, communication and change management skills, with experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and service improvement initiatives.
• Experience in management, staff supervision and fostering a positive, patient and family-centred care environment.
