About the Business Organisational Development and Learning Our Organisational Development and Learning team provides expertise in learning, development and recruitment to strengthen our workforce, uplift organisational capability and improve the employee experience. They collaborate with business areas to ensure initiatives align with departmental priorities, are backed by data and support staff to deliver services to the South Australian community. About the role This is a senior Organisational Development role working closely with senior leaders to shape how DHS builds leadership capability, strengthens workforce performance, and develops its future talent pipeline. The role works across a mix of established priorities, with scope to improve and evolve how work is delivered over time. It is suited to someone ready to take on broader, organisation-wide work and play a key role in shaping how organisational development is delivered. You will lead department-wide organisational development initiatives, provide trusted, high-level advice to senior stakeholders, and manage a small team of OD practitioners. What you'll do
