Make a Meaningful Difference: Direct Care Worker (Stepdown Unit) Are you passionate about providing hands-on support and compassionate care to residents in a residential care setting? We are seeking a dedicated Direct Care Worker for our Stepdown Unit to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will assist in delivering direct client services to residents, working closely with health professionals and under the guidance of the Aboriginal Liaison Officer. Your contribution will be vital in supporting residents’ well-being and ensuring quality care within the Residential Care Home.
