We're looking for a dynamic Direct Care Worker to deliver exceptional care in our health unit. You will play a key role in working directly with our residents to support their overall quality of life by ensuring safe standards of care are delivered and maintained at all times. You will work with the team to ensure health and safety, continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, innovative workplace culture is maintained at all times.
