Key Responsibilities:

• provide comprehensive midwifery care throughout the childbearing continuum, encompassing antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods
• collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and positive outcomes for mothers and babies
• educate and empower women and their families, fostering informed decision-making and promoting healthy practices
• maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, OR registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
