The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, International Recruitment, the International Recruitment Consultant is required to contribute towards the development of the regional engagement plans aligned with TAFE SA’s international strategy and International Engagement priorities. Working under limited supervision, this role will develop and implement an international student recruitment plan to ensure student enrolment targets are achieved.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in international recruitment within vocational education, including regulatory compliance, effective regional marketing and recruitment strategies, coordination of international campaigns and initiatives, and a proven contribution to growth in international student enrolments.
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering student recruitment strategies and programs, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and produce high‑quality outcomes under broad direction.
  • Strong cultural awareness and the ability to connect and communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Experience with other cultures or proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and deliver professional customer service to achieve optimal recruitment outcomes in complex environments.

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
