This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive excellence in care delivery, lead with integrity, and shape the future of nursing and multidisciplinary practice within a complex and evolving healthcare environment. Working in partnershio with the Program Director for the Mental Health Clinical Program and part of the programs Senior Clinical Leadership team (Allied Health & Medical), you will be instrumental in setting clinical direction, championing best practice, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams within the CALHN Safe & Connected Care Operating model. Your leadership will inspire innovation while ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care remains at the forefront of our service delivery. You will be accountable for clinical standards, workforce capability, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on maintaining safe, sustainable, and high-quality care. In this autonomous position, you will exercise sound judgement, influence systemic change, and oversee governance frameworks that support healthy, high-performing teams, all whilst working within a multidisciplinary Senior Leadership Team. About You You are a highly motivated and experienced nursing professional, passionate about delivering excellence in clinical care and leadership. You bring a strong strategic mindset, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams through complex change.
