About the role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this dynamic role, you will provide a comprehensive range of professional pharmacy services including dispensing, clinical support, medication production, and patient counselling. You will play a key role in optimising drug therapy and contributing to safe, effective medication management. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will offer expert drug and therapeutic advice to medical, nursing and allied health professionals, ensuring best practice in accordance with departmental policies, SA Health guidelines, and relevant legislation.
