About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse (RN1) to join our multidisciplinary care team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute both clinically and administratively, ensuring the smooth operation of the unit and the delivery of high-quality patient care. Business hours for this role are Thursday and Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility to provide occasional leave cover as required.

As an RN1, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between clinical nursing practice and essential administrative functions. You’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across disciplines, support workflow coordination, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.
• Support unit operations through effective communication and coordination.
• Assist in implementing clinical protocols and administrative procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and patient outcomes.

About You

You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who delivers patient centred care and works collaboratively to support positive health outcomes within a clinical setting.

You will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and patient advocacy.
