Care with Compassion - Direct Care Worker (Residential)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Worker (Residential) to join our dedicated team at the Residential Care Home in Elliston. In this hands-on role, you will assist in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their comfort, wellbeing, and dignity.

Working under the direction of the Executive Officer/Director of Nursing, you will collaborate closely with health professionals and contribute as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team. Your role is essential in fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where residents feel at home.
