The Opportunity

The Accounts Payable & Banking Officer contributes to the effective and efficient administration of accounts payable and banking functions, providing support for financial systems and support to internal stakeholders through the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g. data formatting, formula use), and confidence in using email, document creation, and file management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant financial policies, procedures, and legislation, including Treasurer’s Instructions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
