About the RoleKeith and District Healthcare is seeking a motivated and organised Client Service Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality catering, cleaning and laundry services within the residential aged care environment. Reporting to the Executive Officer / Director of Nursing, the Client Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating operational activities and assisting catering, cleaning and laundry services staff to meet resident needs. The role works closely with staff, residents, families, suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely and in accordance with relevant quality and food safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong operational coordination and people management skills who enjoys working in a supportive rural healthcare environment focused on quality care and continuous improvement.
