About Us

Picture a career that’s more than numbers. At the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF), we’re building a world-class Treasury for South Australia—one that’s innovative, collaborative, and future-focused.

We’re South Australia’s lead agency for economic, digital, and financial policy outcomes. Our work touches every corner of the state, from enabling frontline services to driving digital transformation. And we do it all with one purpose: to make life better for the people who call South Australia home.

Why This Role Matters

Every member deserves clear, timely and fair responses when seeking information, lodging complaints or navigating complex processes. In this role, you play a vital part in upholding trust in Super SA — supporting the resolution of member concerns, ensuring compliance with statutory processes, and helping the business operate safely, securely and efficiently. Your work strengthens our commitment to service excellence and contributes directly to better outcomes for South Australians.

About The Opportunity

As a Dispute Resolution & Corporate Support Officer, you will support both the Dispute Resolution and Corporate Services teams, contributing to smooth operations and high-quality member experiences. In this role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate registers and records for complaints, appeals, FOI requests, WHS matters and ministerial correspondence, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
  • Assist with preparing correspondence, responses and documentation for complaints, appeals, SACAT matters and information requests.
  • Support key corporate services functions including WHS administration, security access processes, onboarding/offboarding activities and routine monitoring tasks.
  • Collaborate across Super SA to support consistency, accuracy and continuous improvement in service delivery and administrative processes.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, values accuracy, and wants to make a meaningful contribution to member experience and organisational effectiveness.

About You

You’ll thrive here if you enjoy purposeful work, take pride in accuracy, and bring a steady, solutions‑focused approach to helping members and colleagues. We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A supportive, member-first mindset: You’re confident providing administrative support in a service‑focused environment, and you handle sensitive or confidential information with care, professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills: You stay steady under pressure — managing competing tasks, navigating shifting priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • A collaborative, relationship-building approach: You work well with people at all levels, valuing teamwork, open communication and shared outcomes across the broader Super SA and DTF community.
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking and a solutions focus: You enjoy unpacking complex enquiries, thinking critically, and developing fair, practical solutions that support members and improve internal processes.
  • Clear, confident communication skills: You communicate with clarity and care — whether preparing written responses or supporting conversations with members, beneficiaries, claimants, or specialist stakeholders.
  • A meticulous eye for detail: You take pride in accurate, well-maintained registers, records and documents, and you feel confident working with systems such as Objective or Bluedoor.
