Overview The Direct Care Worker (Residential) is entrusted with providing direct client services to residents of the Residential Care Home. This role operates under the supervision and accountability of the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) or Assistant Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) and entails close collaboration with health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
