Your Time to Shine

Reporting to the Director, Communications and Corporate Affairs, the Senior Project Officer is responsible for the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of key internal and external projects and initiatives. The Senior Project Officer develops, implements, and evaluates a range of strategies and plans including stakeholder engagement strategies and communication and event plans to support the successful implementation of key projects and initiatives that contribute to achieving TAFE SA’s Strategic Plan focus areas.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately, both verbally and in writing, establish and maintain networks, manage and negotiate issues, and prepare high level reports and plans.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing events including engaging suppliers and negotiating and managing outcomes to meet organisational requirements.
  • Proven well developed ability to work effectively under broad direction and use high level judgement to determine goals and priorities to analyse and resolve business challenges.

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
