About the Role
Join a specialist multidisciplinary team and lead advanced social work practice in a key clinical area. You’ll manage a complex caseload, build capability in others, and shape best-practice care across sites. Create impact through research, education and strong clinical leadership.
Duties
- Manage complex clinical caseload
- Leader in providing trauma informed practice and support best practice outcomes for patients and their families
- Provide expert advice to staff and leaders
- Provide support and or clinical supervision to AHP1, AHP2, students and Allied Health Assistance as required
- Build capability across teams and sites
- Lead quality improvement and research projects
- Contribute to education and training programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and community partners
About You
You’re a confident senior clinician who brings deep expertise, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to person-centred care. You build trust, lead by example and look for ways to improve outcomes for patients and teams.
• Degree in Social Work with AASW eligibility
• Apply high-level judgement in complex clinical care
• Lead evidence-based, person-centred practice
• Communicate clearly and build trusted relationships
• Supervise staff, support learning and drive improvement
