Are you a

Yorke Landscape Board in a pivotal role that supports leadership,
governance and meaningful outcomes for our region.
As the
Executive Assistant / Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring
the effective operation of the Board and its sub committees.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will provide high
quality, confidential administrative and financial support that
enables strong governance and informed decision making.
About the
role:
In this
trusted and influential position, you will:
•
Coordinate board and committee schedules and meetings,
including agenda preparation and logistics
•
Record accurate, high quality minutes in line with
organisational standards
•
Provide budget oversight and administrative financial
support
•
Prepare high level correspondence and business writing,
including responses to the Minister’s Office, the Department for
Environment and Water, and other key stakeholders
•
Provide governance and legislative support and advice as
required
•
Lead and contribute to minor projects, research and reporting
on behalf of the board, sub committees and the General
Manager

You bring
exceptional attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to
manage sensitive information with discretion. You are confident
operating in a governance environment and can balance competing
priorities with professionalism and flexibility.

important, you will be a strong relationship builder. You will
represent the region with integrity and professionalism, developing
collaborative working relationships with board members, community
representatives, management, staff, service providers and a wide
range of stakeholders. This role is ideal for
someone who enjoys working at a strategic level while remaining
hands-on, adaptable and solutions focused - someone who wants to
make a genuine contribution to the success of the Northern & Yorke
region.

remunerated at an ASO4 level ($79,432 - $83,266) and will be
offered as a 3-year term contract; the position will preferably be
based in Clare with flexible working conditions available to the
successful applicant.
